About the opportunity A renowned national mid-tier firm is seeking an experienced Law Clerk with a background in Property and Developments, to join their team, recognised as a leader in its field. Working as part of a small team, supported with excellent resources, you will run conveyancing matters from start-to-finish on behalf of large-scale developers. Our client has an excellent reputation as an established firm and offers flexible working arrangements, a supportive culture and career progression opportunities. Key Duties Manage case files, including opening, closing, and maintaining records Handle conveyancing processes from instruction to settlement Prepare legal documents, including contracts, certificates, searches, and settlement statements Coordinate settlements and subdivision lodgements, liaising with clients, solicitors, banks, and relevant authorities Process financial tasks, such as receipts and weekly billing Complete additional duties as required to support the team About you You will have: Experience running conveyancing files end-to-end A strong background in Developments Demonstrated experience using PEXA or OPEX Ability to handle a high volume of work Excellent file management and attention to detail Outstanding communication and client management skills What’s on offer for you?
